Gameloft, a developer and publisher of console and mobile games, has launched Midnight Pool, an exciting and competitive pool simulation game that is made exclusively for Nintendo's downloadable games service.
Based on Gameloft's popular Midnight Series, WiiWare Midnight Pool is the fourth title the company has developed for WiiWare, and is available now for 800 Wii Points.
Set in the liveliest bar settings across America, Midnight Pool is the first complete pool game available on WiiWare and provides a deep billiards experience for Wii players of all ages and skill levels.
The title cleverly uses the Wii Remote as a cue to aim, shoot and spin balls on the table.
Earlier this month, Gameloft had launched Wild West Guns, a fun compilation of shooting mini-games set in a Western environment made exclusively for Nintendo's new downloadable games service: WiiWare.
The Wild West Guns title developed just for WiiWare is available now for 1000 Wii Points. Wild West Guns allows players to experience the Gold Rush Days where danger awaits at every corner. Players face a variety of shooting challenges that test their accuracy and swiftness by shooting at multiple targets including objects and outlaws to earn medals, points and rewards. The title is created to complement the Wii Zapper, a device combining together the Wii Remote and Nunchuck to provide an ideal grip for shooting games.
Earlier this month, Gameloft announced a licensing agreement with Universal Pictures Digital Platforms Group to develop and publish the official mobile game of the upcoming action-thriller Death Race, which opens in theaters on August 22, 2008.
