Alert) IT automation platform to provide managed IT services to customers.
Kaseya’s IT automation platform provides Pragmatix’s technical support team with an integrated view into the customers’ IT environments. With the help of this solution,
Pragmatix will be able to maintain its customers' networks, servers and workstations remotely and seamlessly from a single Web-based management console.
Bill Abram, president at Pragmatix, said in a statement that by utilizing Kaseya, Pragmatix, they can offer comprehensive remote IT support to clients, thereby eliminating the need for a client to hire a full-time IT support technician.
He said that in larger firms with internal IT support, the combination of Kaseya and Pragmatix can free up clients' IT staff to focus on larger business issues, leaving maintenance to the automated process.
Abram added: “Having greater reach into our customers' systems with additional monitoring and automation capabilities will enable us to stay at the forefront of client needs.”
Kaseya is a provider of IT automation software for IT solution providers and public and private sector IT organizations. The company’s IT automation platform allows IT professionals to proactively monitor, manage and maintain distributed IT infrastructure remotely with one integrated Web-based platform.
"Kaseya provides us with a fully-integrated, cost-efficient tool for proactive system management and will enable us to support a larger customer base without an increase in staff," said Abram.
The company also enables Pragmatix to offer a variety of additional services, including remote PC control and support; patch management; end-point security; backup and disaster recovery; network monitoring and alerts; software upgrades; and more.
In June, the company said that Hide-Away Storage deployed a disk-based data protection solution from Kaseya, extending backup strategies in the data center to systems out on the edge of the network.
