With more than 13,000 islands having nearly 225 million person population, Indonesia is one of Asia’s most bandwidth-starved information technology (IT) infrastructures and experiences unique IT management challenges.
KACE identified these challenges and is working to help out by offering low-cost, high-quality solutions for systems management including remote office deployment and support.
“KACE is seeing rapid adoption of its technology and traction throughout Indonesia as a number of large- and medium-sized enterprises discover the benefits of our systems management appliances for time- and cost-effective solutions,” said Greg Lipper,
KACE’s managing director for the Asia Pacific region.
Lipper added that customers are benefiting without having to increase IT department staff levels and without the need for lengthy and costly implementations. Lipper stated that the company believes that its win is basically due to its offering.
The KBOX family of appliances fulfills all of the systems management needs of a medium enterprise from initial computer deployment to ongoing management and retirement.
PT POS Indonesia, the nation’s postal service, a division of the Military of Indonesia, the Indonesian Department of Justice, and ChinaTrust Bank are some of KACE’s recently added customers.
Computrade Technology International, an IT infrastructure and solution distributors in Indonesia, recently joined KACE as its distribution partner in Indonesia. CTI (
