The increasing need for real end user experience solutions is further signaled by the recent publication of a new benchmark report by Aberdeen (

According to Aberdeen’s latest findings, 50 percent of revenue loss is a result of poor Application Performance, according to the company. Also, when Aberdeen Group surveyed more than 200 enterprises, it found they ranked the ability to identify end user problems as the top priority for any Application Performance Management initiative, company officials say.
Aternity’s Proactive IT Enterprise Program was launched in late June, company officials say, in response to the growing demand from both customers and partners to inject real end user experience management into a number of mission-critical applications throughout multiple industries.
Companies collaborate with Aternity and build packaged Frontline Performance Intelligence Solutions, free of cost with the Proactive IT Enterprise Program, officials say.
Aternity says that Aberdeen’s findings in its recent APM (

After the company launched its Proactive IT Enterprise Program, the company says it partnered with dozen Fortune 500 companies to gain a 360 degree view of real end user experience.
“The findings from Aberdeen’s recent APM benchmark align with the business needs and challenges we are helping to address everyday with our enterprise customers,” explained Trevor Matz, president and chief executive officer of Aternity. “And, as a result of launching our Proactive IT Enterprise Program, a dozen Fortune 500 companies are engaging with us to gain a 360 degree view of real end user experience to ultimately increase user productivity and eliminate business disruptions.”
