Focusing on further geographic expansion of core IT consulting, staffing business, Ensynch, Inc., announced the sale of its outsourced managed hosting business to OneNeck IT Services Corporation. OneNeck is an ERP outsourcing services provider to mid-market manufacturing and distribution companies.
By accelerating geographic growth across the Southwest while acquiring new professional services capabilities, Ensynch expects that the sale of the managed hosting data center business unit will propel Ensynch’s expansion of its professional services and staffing business. For OneNeck, this is a natural fit that enables the company to increase technical expertise and capabilities around hosted infrastructure management. With this sale, the company can also look to leverage proven processes, intellectual property, and a highly-talented data center team.
The existing customers of Ensynch outsourced managed hosting can now have access to additional services from the OneNeck portfolio, which includes ERP and additional business application hosting services. The customers of OneNeck will get benefits such as superior technical resources, customer support capabilities, and choices in services that come with having an additional data center facility. Additionally, they can also get increased access to consulting services and staffing, with the help of an ongoing partnership with Ensynch.
By assessing the current environment of an IT organization, Ensynch helps customers build dynamic IT environments and leverage the value of IT. The company relies on three factors to achieve this; core infrastructure, business productivity infrastructure, and application platform infrastructure.
“We will continue to execute our strategy of helping our customers drive the strategic business value of IT through Infrastructure Optimization. This execution plan includes continued geographical growth and expansion of Ensynch’s services and solutions above the core infrastructure and into business integration, business intelligence, and growth of our collaboration and portals business. Ensynch continues to evolve and focus on dynamic IT where our customers will have one trusted advisor in their quest for infrastructure optimization,” explained Ensynch CEO Gene Holmquist. “We’re pleased that OneNeck’s 100 percent focus on managed outsourcing will support the customer base they are acquiring. It’s a win for us, for OneNeck, and most importantly, for customers.”
