Redtail Technology, a vendor of Web-based CRM, imaging and e-mail archiving products, has joined Your Silver Bullet (YSB).
Redtail currently offers 28 different integration points with applications used in the financial services industry, while adding more.
Brian McLaughlin, Redtail's CEO/CTO, said from "day one of Redtail, we have looked for partnerships. The idea behind Redtail CRM was to give our users the greatest possible benefits by providing them a CRM with as many integration partners as possible."
Joel Bruckenstein, CFP, said he was "thrilled" to hear that Redtail "will be in collaboration with other YSB members to further the goal of integration. Improved integration among YSB members results in greater efficiencies thereby allowing advisors to deliver excellent service to their clients."
In April California-based Redtail announced the opening of its Georgia office.
Redtail officials credit an increase in growth for the need to expand its sales and support operations sooner than planned. The new office will help Redtail's California headquarters "more effectively support the eastern region of the United States by providing extended hours and additional staff for phone support," Redtail officials say.
Andrew Hernandez, Redtail's Director of Operations, said bringing a physical presence to the East Coast is "really going to help us manage our growth more effectively. With the addition of the Georgia office we almost doubled our support staff."
Offered as a subscription service, Redtail provides financial professionals with tools "flexible enough to meet the specific needs of the independent financial professional."
Earlier this spring Redtail announced that it had formed a strategic partnership with Laser App Software. Their combined efforts will incorporate Laser Apps forms automation technology with Redtail's client management tools.
Partnering with Laser App will "allow us to demonstrate the power of integrated Internet tools for client relationship management," said Redtail Chief Technology Officer Brian McLaughlin, adding that the deal "provides users the ability to automatically load and maintain client data between Our Business Online and Laser App."
