ECS Acquires Paradigm Technologies, Inc.

ECS, a rapidly growing provider of professional engineering and information technology services, has successfully acquired Paradigm Technologies, Inc. 

With this acquisition, ECS continues to execute on their strategic plan to become a recognized leader in providing the highest quality professional services in the US Federal market.

ESC (News - Alert), with the help of Paradigm Technologies will now be provided with access to new customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, Navy PEO IWS 3.0, United States Marine Corps, and the US Marshal Service.

Paradigm Technologies also has a significant presence in Huntsville, a growing Federal market including the Defense Logistics Agency, the Army's Aviation and Missile Command, and several Program Executive Offices.

Officials said that Paradigm Technologies adds roughly 200 employees with professional skills that immediately add to and complement the professional skill sets of ECS employees.

These skills will directly complement ECS's core business area of trusted program management support and engineering services.

In related news, CACI International Inc. recently announced that it was awarded a $39 million task order contract to support the Department of Defense Logistics Agency in developing a standards-based IT system to modernize and streamline the security clearance process.

This delivery order falls under DoD's Encore II contract vehicle and is for a seven-month base period and nine overlapping option periods of varying lengths. This is new work for CACI and expands the company's Business System Solutions core capability.
