Pitney Bowes Business Insight Unveils Portrait Interaction Optimizer Software Solution

Pitney Bowes Business Insight (News - Alert), a company specializing in customer data, analytics and communication software and services, announced the release of the latest version of its highly successful Portrait Interaction Optimizer software solution.

This solution helps in the conversion of inbound customer interactions into retention and revenue opportunities. Optimizing each customer interaction results in up-selling, cross-selling and superior customer service.

Pitney sources added in a release that this upgrade will help a company to infuse customer-centric intelligence into its inbound customer touch points. It will help marketers to analytically determine the ‘best-next-action’ for each individual customer in the various locations they interact.

Portrait Interaction Optimizer connects customer data without duplication across siloed business units and disparate channels. Multiple customer channels can be easily managed from a single view. Also analytically-driven recommendations offers contextual capability using which live agents can optimize their interaction during their dialogue with customers.

Tieto, an IT service provider in Northern Europe, leverages this new user interface for its cloud service “iSuggest” as it helps in the quick analysis and administration of real-time recommendations on all inbound and outbound customer interactions, said officials.

Oedse de Boer, Director of Operations for Tieto said, “The new user interface will help marketers become more agile, with a much-improved ability to administer real-time recommendations directly, without requiring IT assistance. Portrait’s Inbound marketing module not only deploys the most relevant message to customers, but also the message that is most likely to be accepted.”

Portrait Interaction Optimizer features extended inbound/outbound “fusion”. Inbound and outbound environments are now completely seamless and share common underlying components, metadata and even user interface. It offers superior offer personalization with tokenized prompts that enable completely individualized offer content.

Officials added that the solution enhances performance, making it 4x faster with more than 3x throughput for greater scalability besides enabling faster multiple deployment options including through the cloud. It also provides integrated campaign calendaring and task management.

T-Mobile (News - Alert) Austria picked Portrait Uplift Optimizer in December 2010 to improve customer retention, lower the direct marketing costs and increase revenues. Being a long-standing user of Portrait Customer Analytics, T-Mobile Austria (News - Alert) opted for Portrait Uplift Optimizer to further reduce churn rates by contacting only persuadable customers and to focus on saving customers profitably
