World Famous Drink Brand Adopts FanGager Platform to Better Manage Social Media Campaigning

The New York- based social media management company, FanGager has recently won a contract from Diageo, the company which provides world's leading premium drink brands including Smirnoff, Baileys and JohnnieWalker.

FanGager's CRM platform has been designed to create a communication channel with a brand's social networking resources. The platform gives out a detailed analysis of its most active fans. The world famous drink brand is going to leverage FanGage’s platform to analyze social media interactions with fans globally, company officials clarified in a press release.

Using FanGager's comprehensive CRM technology and reporting tools, Diageo will be able to better maintain an active Facebook (News - Alert) fan community for its global brands, FanGager explained in a press release. The FanGager interface will help the drink company build a custom tailored database of fans. The tools will also help categorize the group of fans on the basis of the level of their social activities. It will also help the company to identify the top fans. All these findings ill be displayed in FanGager's dashboard.

Via its social CRM platform, FanGager makes use of various methods like surveys, videos and contests, with an option to reward fans for participating to increases fan participation. Under the agreement, Diageo will also have access to all these custom application tools for deeper engagement on Facebook.

We're looking forward to bringing additional value to Diageo's industry leading brands through targeted engagement that will not only create ROI for its business, but fans as well,” founder and CEO of FanGager said while explaining the efficacy of FanGager in brand positioning.

“We are excited by the opportunities FanGager offers to better understand and manage engagement with our fans at individual levels,” Senior Global Marketing Innovation Manager at Diageo Tracey Merrett noted in a statement.

In March, FanGager announced the U.S. launch of its social CRM platform, as a comprehensive database that empowers brand managers to convert Facebook and Twitter (News - Alert) fans into engaged community members and drive corporate revenue through effective social media activity. FanGager's technology has created the first brand loyalty program based on engagement and provides dynamic tools to amplify the fan's experience and increase overall ROI through a brand's social media assets, the officials claimed in an earlier release.
