VeriStor Extends Cloud Services Offering

VeriStor Systems, an enterprise data storage and virtualization solution provider in the Southeast region, asserted that its offerings has been extended to include more security and replication options for cloud services customers. The portfolio now has newer technologies that enable cost-efficient, automated replication and enhanced data security.

The new VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager 5 will include new, built-in VMware vSphere Replication and automated failback capabilities to provide simpler and more reliable disaster recovery for applications running on VMware vSphere. The solution is a disaster recovery product for virtualized environments, providing centralized management of recovery plans, enabling non-disruptive recovery process testing and automating site recovery and migration processes.

VeriStor claimed that it will be one of the first providers to offer this Recovery Manager 5 upon its release and has also added the cloud data encryption technology, Trend Micro (News - Alert) SecureCloud, to secure client data from the risk or data theft of compromise.
