New Relic Made Available to ActiveState's Stackato Users

Customers of Stackato can now avail the New Relic Standard Edition for free. A joint announcement in this regard has been made by New Relic Inc. and ActiveState. A private platform-as-a-service or PaaS can be created with the new beta enterprise cloud platform from ActiveState, Stackato. SaaS (News - Alert) web application performance management is provided by New Relic Inc. ActiveState are top global experts in dynamic language.

End-user experience can be now monitored by Stackato users by leveraging New Relic. Live 24x7 monitoring of application performance will be also possible. Performance bottlenecks can be diagnosed proactively by Stackato users at the code level with New Relic. Superior online service delivery will be therefore ensured. A powerful end-to-end solution for deploying, managing, and monitoring web applications will be created by Stackato and New Relic. High standards for performance and end-user satisfaction will be met by this collaboration.

In a release, Bart Copeland who is the President and CEO of ActiveState said, "As more and more organizations migrate their business-critical systems to public and private cloud environments, they increasingly turn to solutions like Stackato and New Relic to give them the speed, control and visibility they need to be successful."

According to Copeland, providing easy-to-use tools that reduce complexity is the key factor. Without worrying about the challenges of configuring and administering middleware system, development teams can now concentrate on building value for their customers. Copeland added that this can be achieved by the integrated end-to-end offering of Stackato and New Relic.

Bill Lapcevic who is the Vice President of business development at New Relic Inc. said, "We are pleased to be working with a leading cloud platform provider like ActiveState, an organization that clearly understands that reliability and simplicity go hand in hand when it comes to meeting the need of today's app development and deployment teams."

According to Lapcevic, customers are able to deploy superior-performing online apps with the joint commitment. This commitment is underscored by offering New Relic's application management service for free. Both business and performance goals are achieved by these online apps.
