Tenrox Becomes a Premier Partner of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM User Group

Tenrox, a provider of the cloud-based, workflow-driven professional services automation solution, announced that it has become a Premier Partner member of the Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM User Group (CRMUG).

CRMUG is an independent community designed to facilitate education, collaboration and knowledge exchange between customer relationship management (CRM) users, partners and industry experts.

Tenrox's recognition as the premier partner of CRMUG strengthens its commitment to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM community. Tenrox will be able to improve their association with customers to serve better. The company has served more than 800 organizations in 50 countries.

Tenrox’s clients include IBM, General Electric, US Army, The Pentagon, Port of Long Beach, Talisman Energy, ConocoPhillips, Eaton (News - Alert), Pioneer Natural Resources, Invensys Rail Systems, SNC Lavalin among others.

“We are delighted to be part of CRMUG and look forward to working with the Dynamics CRM user community,” said Rudolf Melik, CEO of Tenrox, in a statement. “Our goal is to demonstrate the tremendous benefits of tying together our Cloud PSA and Microsoft CRM technologies.”

By bringing together sales and service delivery teams, organizations can improve forecasting, reduce bench time, accelerate billing and have a much better handle on their project/service delivery pipeline and execution.

“Premier Partner members bring a unique and vital perspective to CRMUG,” said Janet Lampert, director of CRMUG, in a statement. “Users look to partners within the group to provide expertise around things like implementation best-practices, proven optimization strategies and innovative solutions that enhance and extend Dynamics CRM.”

“Likewise, partners gain valuable insight from the CRM community that helps them remain relevant and can help shape future product and service offerings,” Lampert added.

Recently, Tenrox announced the release of Tenrox Salesforce.com (News - Alert) Quick Connect Technology. The new technology is expected to empower users to meet the challenges of globalization, enterprise fragmentation, and increasing regulatory scrutiny.
