AIOps Supplier FixStream Announces New Oracle Application Integrations

FixStream – which will have keynote and panel speakers at TMC’s (News - Alert) upcoming The New Intelligence and AIOps Expo events – has been working with Oracle (News - Alert) for some time now. But this week it announced the expansion of its AIOps integration with Oracle applications.

As a result, FixStream’s AIOps solution now offers out-of-the-box discovery and correlation with these Oracle applications:

• Oracle RAC Databases - with ASM (News - Alert)

Oracle E-Business Suite -  with WebLogic JVMs, Concurrent Managers and Workflows

Oracle Communications Products – Oracle Communications ASAP, Oracle Communications Order and Service Management, and Oracle Communication Unified Inventory Management

Oracle Siebel’s CRM

Oracle SOA Fusion Middleware (BAM, BPM, OSB)

• Splunk for Alerts and Warnings for Databases and WebLogic

• ServiceNow (News - Alert) ITSM for Oracle Products

That’s in addition to FixStream integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle JD Edwards, Oracle Real Applications Clusters, and Oracle Fusion Middleware. Also, FixStream’s AIOps solution is available via the Oracle Cloud Marketplace.

FixStream’s AIOps platform helps businesses resolve application and network problems faster. That’s important given “the exponential growth of real-time business transactions, coupled with dynamic hybrid and software-based technologies, make even routing IT operations difficult when using outdated domain-centric tools,” the company explains.

Just look at what the City of Las Vegas, which is leveraging FixStream’s AIOps technology for its Oracle ERP system, has been able to achieve. “The AIOps system tells us immediately where the problem is precisely,” says Michael Sherwood, director of information technology for Las Vegas. “Previously, we would know the system was down, but tracking down the exact failure point was like finding a needle in a haystack. The FixStream system visually tells us immediately where and what the problem is. It’s a huge time-saver, enabling us to fix serious problems in minutes or hours, instead of the days it used to take us.”

FixStream founder and CEO Sameer Padhye will keynote at The New Intelligence on Wednesday, Jan. 30. Bishnu Nayak, FixStream’s CTO, will be on the AIOps Expo panel “Transforming Security and IT to Stop Attacks in Their Tracks” on Thursday in Fort Lauderdale.
