San Diego Padres Talk Recent Technology Overhaul

There are constantly new innovations in technology, from improvements in cloud to new solutions for call centers, and everything in between. It’s how well your business keeps up with these innovations in order to meet the needs of your customers that measures your success.

No matter what industry you’re in, customer expectations are always changing. They want better connectivity, mobile collaboration, easy access to customer service representatives and much more. While all these demands may seem daunting, it is possible to meet these needs and keep consumers happy by making the right changes.

The San Diego Padres recently experienced a technology overhaul in order to satisfy fans. Due to customer expectations, employee mobility and the added pressure of hosting the 87th MLB (News - Alert) All-Star Game, the organization has moved to the Cloud, added new technology integrations in the contact center and put UCC and team collaboration applications in place.

The San Diego Padres are a major organization and they have successfully made the necessary changes to ensure customer satisfaction. While baseball may not be your business, there are still plenty of lessons to be learned from the team’s changes. You can learn more on this topic by tuning into the Mitel (News - Alert)-sponsored webinar, titled “Exclusive IT insights from the San Diego Padres: mobility, contact center and cloud,” on September 13.

The webinar will feature Ray Chan, Director of Information Technology for the San Diego Padres, and Wes Durrow, Chief Marketing Officer at Mitel.

There’s still time to get in on the action. REGISTER HERE.
