OnRamp Founder Will Explore IT's Future at ITEXPO Miami

The future is bright for IT, with powerful innovations hitting the market every day to offer companies a slew of new hosted and hybrid options. But with so much activity and attractive new services, it can be hard to predict which technology choices made now will be the smartest ones in the long run. Companies aren’t just ensuring their security today—they’re building business security for the future as well. Staying informed is a huge factor in sticking to a profitable strategy.

For those seeking guidance from an expert voice, OnRamp’s company founder Chad Kissinger will be participating in a panel discussion at ITEXPO Miami on Friday this week. The panel is a great opportunity not just for businesses that want to plan ahead, but for those looking for more insight into the future of the market as well. OnRamp, a high security and hybrid hosting provider with data center locations in Texas and North Carolina, announced Kissinger’s participation in the ITEXPO (News - Alert) panel today.

“With increasing cyber security threats and an evolving legal landscape guiding the confidentiality, availability and integrity of data of all types, we anticipate a number of changes will take place in 2015 and beyond which will impact IT greatly,” Kissinger explained. “Among those, we predict the current trend of integrating self-hosted and cloud-delivered software and applications, creating a customized blend of IT services, will be the predominant means of addressing data privacy and security as well as business needs.”

Kissinger has more than 20 years of IT industry experience, making his voice an insightful one, and well matched for the panel discussion, titled “Hindsight is 20:20 – Making Sure Your Technology is Poised for Your Future.” Kissinger originally founded OnRamp as an Internet service provider but, sensing market trends on the horizon, he helped transition the company to become a national data center with multiple facilities, deploying competitive hybrid hosting solutions with an emphasis on meeting compliance regulations.

The panel will be held on Jan. 30 at 12-12:45 p.m. at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Fla. During the talk, Kissinger will explore predicted trends and market climates beyond 2020, delving into hot topics such as the rising prevalence of big data, and how to future proof IT infrastructures.
