Comings and Goings: Daiel LeCour Secures New Jupiter Systems Position as VP of Sales

Jupiter Systems is known around the world as one of the best suppliers of collaborative visualization solutions for several platforms, including display walls, PCs and mobile devices. Now that the company is focusing on the Canvas multipoint visualization and collaboration platform for enterprises, the company has decided to change management as well to influence new policy. As a result, Jupiter Systems announced on Monday September 29th that it had appointed Daniel LeCour as the new Vice President of Sales.

With over 15 years of experience managing everything from small start-up strategic alliances to international sales through technology companies, LeCour brings a unique perspective to the sales department for selling video conferencing equipment. Having spent the past 6 years directly working in the field of video collaboration, he has undoubtedly seen the direct positive effects of state-of-the-art video communication in his own business.

“Daniel LeCour brings business leadership in the enterprise market, international sales management, and channel and partner development worldwide,” said Jupiter Systems President Eric Wogsberg, who stresses Jupiter's ambitious sales goals for the future. “He has helped to build several large, successful international companies. His selection represents an important addition to the Jupiter executive team.”

The Canvas enterprise solution is Jupiter's latest asset, which will become LeCour's primary sales focus. In his own words, “It enables managers of global organizations to access essential information, communicate and problem solve in real time, anywhere, on almost any device. It provides strong complement to products from more traditional collaboration vendors in the Unified Communications (News - Alert) and Collaboration space.” LeCour sounds excited to be a part of Jupiter's team, and the sale of the Canvas multipoint solution is likely to go smoothly with him in control.
