vCom, a provider of Telecom Management as a Service (TMaaS), announced the recent signing several new clients in the financial services, legal, and manufacturing industries.
Telecom is widely considered as the fourth-largest expense for mid-sized businesses. But despite the impact of this expense, most companies struggle to control telecom spend, inventory and manage the carriers on their own. vCom manages the entire telecom lifecycle right from procurement to support to analysis. vCom’s solution includes the vManager cloud-based telecom management software, complemented by a full portfolio of service offerings.
Also, as employees currently demand better and more ways to communicate, companies are allotting more money and resources to managing their wireless telecom costs. vCom’s cloud-based application, vManager, helps companies take control of all their mobile spend and inventory in one location, and in one format, regardless of device type, plan, carrier or feature-set. Moreover, vCom's professional services team work closely with clients' teams to streamline operations, increase efficiency and productivity, and ultimately reduce costs.
As per the announcement, vCom has been engaged to provide its professional services and cloud-based telecom management software platform to manage the new clients’ wireline and mobile environments.
vComs new clients are Huf North America and North Valley Bank. Volcano Corporation has decided to add to the list of vCom’s solutions in use with the addition of vCom's Mobility Lifecycle Management.
As reported, these clients join almost 300 companies who have engaged vCom to address the challenges of managing their wireline and mobility estate for both voice and data.
vCom Solutions recently enhanced its Mobile Expense Management (MEM) platform with new features and program enhancements. The expanded services will streamline the MEM and Mobility Lifecycle Management (MLM) processes, which includes Mobile Device Management (MDM).
