Network Data Systems Successfully Deploys Monolith Software's AssureNow Platform

Network Data Systems, a world-class specialist in providing IT infrastructure professional and managed services, recently implemented Monolith Software’s AssureNow solution.

Monolith Software is the major provider of next generation, unified service assurance solutions. The company’s AssureNow solution offers critical value by correlating multiple network incidents which reduced ticket workload from noise in some cases as much as 96 percent. It is built on a single codebase and uses an open and unified approach for data collection, enrichment, visualization and reporting.

Clients of NDS (News - Alert) totally depended on the company to have technical know-how, design smart solutions, and execute according to plan. They needed a solution from Monolith Software that could help them increase end-to-end visibility, reduce the time to troubleshoot problems and improve customer experience.
