Monolith's Unified Service Assurance Solution Enhances Operational Efficiencies

The Monolith solution helps these enterprises to unify and simplify their infrastructure management in addition to consolidating disparate and legacy tools on to a single platform. This reduces operations costs and enables the creation and delivery of new services to serve customers better.

Service providers can now improve end-to-end customer experience management, operational efficiency and business agility by consolidating tools with unified service assurance.

Monolith published a white paper recently, highlighting the benefits of unified service assurance and also plans to host a webinar on the topic.

Ways to enhance the operational efficiencies and business agility and how organizations can reduce size and complexity of their IT and OSS environments are also enumerated in the white paper.

Monolith will be hosting a webinar on April 9 2014 entitled, “Achieving end-to-end customer experience and business agility with unified service assurance,” which will explain how to improve end-to-end customer experience, business agility and operational efficiency by using a unified service assurance platform.

The webinar will showcase the advantages of the AssureNow service management center and the advantages of replacing multiple, disparate technology tools with a single, end-to-end service assurance solution. The AssureNow platform ensures high speed of deployment which saves a lot on time and money for service providers.
