Numecent and Software2 Jointly Delivering Over 9 Million Cloudpaged Sessions

From corporate environments to the education sector, the adoption of cloud seems to be growing. During this progression, cloud computing has spurred the development of several other related technologies, and cloud paging is one such offshoots. Software2 specializes in deploying Numecent's Application Jukebox Suite in educational sector. Under the partnership, the two companies have delivered more than 9-million cloudpaged application sessions at 40 Universities across the UK. More than 250,000 students and staff, including a rapidly growing number of BYOD users, are reaping the benefits of this massive deployment, creating a thriving community of users and technical specialists. Inspired by this huge success, Software2 is all set to expand its operations into the USA and the rest of the EU and bring the benefits of cloud paging to even larger student populations around the world.

According to Osman Kent, co-founder and CEO of Numecent, universities represent a very strategic market for the company.
