APAC Customer Services - Making the Difference with WAH Program

APAC is recognized as an expert global solutions company that is well known for its global customer care outsourced solutions and services that include sales, technical support and back-office services. As an extension to these services, it is planning to support client growth by filling 1,000 new work at home (WAH) positions.

"We are thrilled with the opportunity to serve our clients and grow our business through our world-class WAH program,” said Faye Victora, vice president, mobility solution, APAC. .

With some of the most recognized brands in the world across all major market verticals as its clients, APAC is making an effort to attract and recruit top talent with unique skill sets from across the United States. The positions are expected to be filled by the end of 2013.

According to JamesMcGrath, president, customer services at APAC, “adding high caliber employees to the team and providing the right staffing mix would help drive a positive customer experience and improved business outcomes for the company's clients.”

The training equips representatives not only with APAC processes, as well as client-specific nuances to ensure a smooth phone delivery,

The agents are expected to be based in the U.S. and work remotely via the APAC technology and operational delivery platform, which is considered by many as one of the best. The WAH platform apparently spans across many countries and creates individual operating centers for each agent. It is enabled by APAC's enterprise-wide security, learning, operations and management tools.

APAC believes that its WAH program will set the worldwide experience for customer experience management and deliver exceptional worldwide customer contact and business processing outsourcing solutions.

Thus the home employment option is a win-win for both customers and APAC. Working from the comfort of their homes, the trained customer service reps will have flexible schedules that fit well into their family lifestyles, while clients will get the benefits of excellent services.

The WAH program is expected to raise the bar for service and customer satisfaction by setting a higher standard of excellence, creating happy customer reps, who are enthusiastic and willing to deliver.
