APTARE Introduces its Flagship Platform - APTARE StorageConsole 9.0

APTARE, a leader in data center optimization software, recently announced the introduction of the APTARE StorageConsole 9.0. The latest offering from APTARE has been designed to offer enterprise customers and service providers advanced analytics tools and software from the cloud for improved visibility storage and backup environment via a single Web interface. Using the platform, users will be able to gain access to reporting and analytics in real-time, leading to improved storage efficiencies. Furthermore, the platform will also help them in addressing compliance regulations.

In a statement, Richard Clark, founder and CEO of APTARE said, "With the release of StorageConsole 9.0, APTARE provides enterprise customers and service providers the ability to have software and analytics tools that get smarter without requiring product upgrades. New reports can be included in the search results when they are published to the cloud; these reports can be easily found and used by customers without the need for any software upgrades or installations. In addition to this, new subsystem data collection rules managed in the cloud can be included in customer environments to optimize both data collection and storage without any software upgrades.

Additional capabilities of the StorageConsole 9.0 include advanced analytics along with new subsystem support for Hitachi NAS (HNAS) and Dell (News - Alert) Compellent; improved architecture for collecting and storing data faster and more efficiently and for supporting new subsystems and capabilities via a universal data collector; self-service custom report development for faster processing of specific data requests and automated schedule reports, dashboards, and analytics; next-generation UI with improved reporting features for finding data faster; and integration with advanced analytics from the cloud for delivering real-time access to latest APTARE reporting and analytic solutions.
