Today’s students expect to complete all their tasks online. To offer more convenience to its students, Bridgepoint Education, Inc., parent company of academic institutions Ashford University and University of the Rockies, has recently deployed Avoka’s online student self-service solution.
This deployment is helping the institute offer online registrations to students on any device, such as a tablet, desktop, or smartphone. Using Avoka Transact, Bridgepoint is able to interact easily with Ashford University and University of the Rockies students worldwide and cut down the clumsy paper and static PDF form filling.
Bridgepoint and its academic institutions are currently offering 40 HTML5 forms for a wide-range of administrative activities, and this system is helping students to authenticate their enrollment, declare their area of study, and fill out and sign documents.
“We were able to equip Bridgepoint Education with a solution quickly and affordably,” said Dermot O’Doherty, vice president, Sales, Avoka. “The administrative staff now has complete control over processes and the forms that support them without the typical heavy burden or cost of relying on IT.”
Avoka Transact modernizes form-based transactions into effective an engaging online experience. It supports a pace-layered application strategy – taking much of the burden off IT and enabling both field workers and office employees to be more productive. It also easily integrates with existing back-end systems that play a part in the transaction cycle.
Avoka Transact aims to help organizations attract and retain more customers, sell more products and services, reduce abandonment rates, and improve the quality of information that flows into their IT systems.
