VoIP Innovations (News - Alert) added a new feature to its Titanium Private Label VoIP BackOffice that will provide customers with more customization options for their end user sign up process.
This new private label VoIP feature will help resellers edit the services and descriptions that are displayed during an end user sign-up. Users can customize which packages are to be displayed to the end user and edit the existing package descriptions, as well as add extra services and charges within a package.
The new features are designed to deliver more customization opportunities when new end users signup. When a new user is added, there are four package options that can be selected. Business lines, residential line, SIP trunks and hosted PBX (News - Alert).
Previously all four options appeared as an option, even if the reseller did not want to offer that service. Now, resellers can customize which options can be viewed by the end user by displaying only what is offered.
In the second part of the new private label VoIP BackOffice feature, users are given the capability to write their own descriptions for the services they offer. Previously these descriptions were preset and were not changeable. Since many of VoIP Innovations’ customers desired to write their own service descriptions, the new system was developed with this feature in mind.
The third and final aspect allows resellers to display desired custom service line items and charges. Now, resellers can add hardware devices, like IP phones, ATA’s or analog telephone adapters, to service packages. They can either display or not display each custom item during the end user sign-up.
All these features provide greater customization and flexibility to resellers. This way, VoIP Innovations has enabled resellers to build their BackOffice according to their requirements. They can customize all the features which help them improve operating efficiencies.
VoIP Innovations has also released a new feature in the wholesale VoIP BackOffice, Titanium III, called My Clients. The new feature helps customers easily manage the data they need to operate their business on a daily basis in one, easy to use location.
My Clients follows the company’s launch of My DID Groups, My E911 Groups and My Endpoint Groups earlier this year. My Clients can organize these three groups into separate dashboards that offer their customers the vital metrics they need to run their business successfully. Without MyClients, customers will face difficulty as they will have to navigate back and forth between groups to get everything they need.
