The Zinc Group Implements IT Sonix Technology

IT Sonix, a major software organization, has entered into a strategic association with The Zinc Group. IT Sonix will now offer alternate technology for The Zinc Group’s multi-site contact centre business in the UK.

The Zinc Group will now be delivered ELSBETH Outbound Suite and Predictive Dialler. IT Sonix will also offer its Power Contact campaign management tool and ELSBETH VocalCoach, a high-tech instantaneous speech analytics tool.

The Zinc Group is a rapidly developing Consumer & Commercial Credit administration organization in the UK. The organization, which has lately taken over JB Ventures -- JB Debt Recovery, has 3 sites across the UK with a minimum of 100 employees.

The platform delivered by IT Sonix is ideal for The Zinc Group’s modular development approach. IT Sonix has delivered a dialler and campaign management tool that can scale from one to 10,000 agents, making it perfect for The Zinc Group’s fast developing business. Apart from offering improved functionality to the existing dialler, the tools from IT Sonix can address the varying requirements of the organization.

In a statement, Dougie McManus, CEO, The Zinc Group said, “We want our clients to know that we taking the philosophy ‘treating our customers fairly’ seriously, investing in the IT Sonix technology clearly demonstrates our commitment. The unique functionality of the system will enable us to further improve and develop.”

According to IT Sonix, the ELSBETH software will allow contact centers to function below the 3 percent Ofcom restriction for silent and derelict calls. Apart from ensuring no calls are dropped prior to 15 seconds of the call duration, the dialler will adjust the dialing speed on its own for capitalizing on effectiveness and also maintaining 100% compliancy.

According to Dougie, the organization is interested in the manner in which calls are handled by the employees. The organization is also interested in the customer responses. The reporting functionality will now offer insight into its customers.

Philip Moran, sales director, IT Sonix said, “We are delighted to be working with The Zinc Group, we admire their way of doing business and we are sure our technology will strengthen their position, we look forward to seeing the business go from strength to strength.”
