Relayware Introduces Relayware 2013

Relayware, a global provider of business to business collaboration and multi-channel communication solutions, recently introduced an upgraded version of its cloud service Relayware 2013.

Relayware 2013 boasts exciting new features like open communities, discussion groups, personal and company social profiles and crowd-sourcing. And the latest release offers user experience enhancements and has been designed to enable indirect channels to become interactive ecosystems and function as extensions of the company’s customers' own sales, marketing and support organizations.

Relayware's 2013 Release is available to new and existing customers right now.

In a statement, Relayware's CEO, Mike Morgan said, "There is a growing focus upon improving workforce collaboration among company executives principally because of the proven resultant productivity gains. Relayware believes that the greatest and most profitable gains in productivity can be brought about by facilitating greater collaboration between companies and the sales, marketing and support resources resident in their indirect channel ecosystems. Our 2013 Release fulfills and addresses this rapidly growing need."

Relayware is highlighted as being one of the most advanced and comprehensive solutions for facilitating effective communication and productive collaboration with and among the indirect channel ecosystem. The inclusion of portal- and mobile-based activity streams, instant messaging and social and mobile updates in the new release have further enhanced the communication capabilities of Relayware.

With this latest release, the user interface of Relayware has been greatly enhanced to provide easier access to functionality using icon-based menus, personalization options and natural language search. Also, the content management system within the product features rich content integration and a brand new media library that supports both the Relayware portal and mobile app.

Earlier this year, TMCnet reported that Xirrus, a provider of high performance wireless networks, had deployed Relayware to manage and optimize its global indirect sales channels.
