IceWarp Names Axoft as Exclusive Partner in the Russian Federation

IceWarp (News - Alert), a provider of messaging and collaboration solutions, reportedly named Axoft as its exclusive partner in the Russian Federation.

IceWarp recently launched a special IceWarp-Red Hat (News - Alert) offering, an alternative to Microsoft Server and Microsoft Exchange environments. Axoft, a distributor of a wide range of software on Russian and CIS countries’ markets, will be in charge of providing the IceWarp and Red Hat Bundle exclusively in Russia.

The IceWarp-Red Hat package is slated to offer organizations a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server with a pre-installed and pre-configured IceWarp Starter Edition. With the IceWarp Starter Edition, users are receiving the complete IceWarp modules set that includes E-mail, Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, Collaboration, Instant Messaging, VoIP, Mobile Synchronization and Microsoft (News - Alert) Outlook synchronization.

The IceWarp-Red Hat offering claims to have the capability to fully replace Microsoft Exchange features and offers additional options Microsoft’s popular solution doesn’t have. The initiative should offer unprecedented cost savings and additional efficiencies for Russian customers.

Axoft asserted that it built a partner network that opens the most effective go-to-market opportunities for vendors and creates new revenue streams for resellers. Axoft claimed that it was the one that brought Red Hat and IceWarp together and the company is confident that the combined solutions package will help it meet the customers’ needs and allow its partners to offer a comprehensive solution.
