The newly released OpTier SaaS is a lightweight, cloud-based version OpTier’s on-premise Application Performance Management (APM (News - Alert)) and IT Operations Analytics (ITOA) solution that is designed to deliver a 2-click problem resolution.

The easy to install, deploy and use version is loaded with advanced operations analytics capabilities and connects the three fundamental application management tenets: truth, simplicity, and scale.

According to company officials, OpTier SaaS (News - Alert) combines patented Active Context Tracking (ACT) technology with ITOA to deliver a cloud-based, plug-and-play solution for instant value. SaaS-based APM solutions with ITOA are capable of significantly simplifying management and optimization of enterprise application and can make way for faster, smarter and more profitable applications while at the same time redefining APM.

It also delivers diagnostic and performance data across critical data sources including end-user, machine data, process flow, tier container, application code, system and device.
