ANCILE uPerform Initiates Training Programs Across the Enterprise

In order to help companies develop an efficient content development platform with more personalized learning experiences, ANCILE Solutions has launched ANCILE uPerform 5, a scalable authoring and content management solution.

As the concept of lifelong learning now becomes a reality, researchers are looking for innovative techniques to enhance the e-learning experience. This platform offers standards-based learning solutions and enables organizations to rapidly create, deliver, and manage learning content, increasing productivity across the enterprise.

Frank Lonergan , CEO of ANCILE Solutions said in a statement, "With uPerform 5, we've built on our earlier success and created an even more advanced training solution that will address our client's most complex project management and reporting requirements."

The IDC (News - Alert) research study predicts that IT spending in 2013 will exceed $2.1 trillion, up 5.7 percent from 2012 due to increase in the demand for skilled IT project teams. In addition, most companies rely on training programs to decrease costly knowledge gaps and assist with the successful deployment of applications. Hence, effective training solutions are crucial to help to drive greater worker productivity and user adoption.

However, ANCILE uPerform 5 facilitates content creation, assignment, deployment, status monitoring, and maintenance. It enables subject matter experts (SMEs) and regional experts to quickly and easily create localized content, without training. It allows dashboard analytics and new reports to track content creation and consumption on an organization's website, while providing insight to the overall impact of training and ROI.

Cushing Anderson, vice president for IT education and certification research at IDC said, “Aligning organizational performance with business priorities is critical to enterprise success. However, process changes, personnel changes and incomplete training each contribute to reduce organizational performance, Tools that facilitate enhanced visibility into training completion, and provide a straightforward approach to content authoring can help organizations develop and confidently impact organizational skills to achieve business objectives."
