OpTier Rolls Out New Solution

OpTier has quickly become one of the market leaders in the application performance management (APM (News - Alert)) space as well as end-to-end Big Data Analytics. Recently, the company revealed hat is rolling out the OpTier SaaS. This is a new cloud-based analytics driven APM solution that has been rated as enterprise class. The OpTier (News - Alert) Saas solution is based on the company’s APM on-premises solution and was just formally launched yesterday.

Currently, the company is offering a free 30-day trial for the solution in a sort of beta phase and has received positive feedback from its enterprise customers thus far.

One of those clients, Enterprise Management Associates was able to try out the new SaaS solution during this beta phase. President of EMA (News - Alert), Dennis Drogsbeth gave rave reviews of the product saying, “OpTier SaaS offers a quicker time-to-value while maintaining the rich analytic insights that come with its on-premise APM product. One thing I am very pleased to see in OpTier SaaS (News - Alert) that the market doesn’t currently offer was an Operational Intelligence component which allows users to create reports, such as load balancing and capacity management, out-of-the-box.”

This new solution will leverage what the company has already done when it comes to on-premises solutions. There is expected to be end-to-end transaction capabilities that will provide a customer with an application visibility that OpTier is hoping will be unrivaled in the SaaS marketplace. Andrew Wild, the president of OpTier thinks that the solutions will be paving the way for his company to introduce even faster and smarter solutions in the near future.

Additionally, the company is looking to offer the same kind of dedication and scale that it feels it is recognized in the business world for, while also offering up a more profitable application management service. Because the company ran a closed beta before the launch, it is also more aware of problems that can arise and is more capable of overcoming them than with a cold launch.
