Readdle launches PDF Expert Enterprise

Readdle, a successful publisher for business and productivity applications on the iOS platform, recently launched PDF Expert Enterprise, SaaS (News - Alert), a Document Management System that helps companies to replace paper documents with the iPads for various tasks, allowing them to replace paper documents with the iPads.

With PDF Expert Expertise, a company can provide their employees in the field with templates of contracts and inspection reports, and can save numerous working hours each year by eliminating time consuming printing and scanning. They can send agenda packets to the board, so they have access to document anytime, anywhere. Moreover, a company can increase engagement of the board members and renew their interest in the business.

"PDF Expert Enterprise is entirely different from the company and end user perspectives. The employee sees it as a portable and more functional version of paper, while for the organization it is a system to control document flow, security policies and user access rights. As a result, employees can focus on getting work done while the company may rest assured that every document is in the system and headed in the right destination," says Igor Zhadanov, Readdle CEO.

PDF Expert Enterprise allows the companies to push the latest sales collaterals and agreements to the team, so they can close deals immediately. Moreover, they can ensure that everyone has the right brochures, workflow is followed and documents are controlled.

"PDF Expert Enterprise enabled us to easily view and complete fillable PDF forms and quickly search through very long manuals, also offering the functionality of ensuring our technicians have the right documents, workflow is followed and documents are controlled. We are already using PDF Expert in a few of our European branches and looking forward to the expansion of its deployment to our fellow teams in other countries all over the world," says Chris Mobberley, Business Analysts, Siemens (News - Alert) UK.
