Cegedim Relationship Management Unveils Mobile Intelligence 9

Cegedim Relationship Management, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, recently unveiled Mobile Intelligence 9, the company’s ninth generation CRM platform.

Built with features including advanced closed loop marketing and multi-channel offerings, the new cloud-based CRM solution is stated to be ideal for life sciences.

Some of the other notable features of Mobile Intelligence 9 are: an advanced multimedia Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) functionality that enables interactions among healthcare professionals; contact center functionality for recording customer interactions; OneKey Digital integration for detailed view of HCP’s social media footprint; and more.

Eric Newmark, program director of Life Sciences at IDC (News - Alert) Health Insights commented, “Life Sciences commercial teams are looking to improve actionable insight through the tight integration of multi-channel customer data, including related social media information. CRM systems that can deliver this, along with comprehensive CLM functionality, are well positioned to succeed in this market. Looking ahead, operational flexibility will also become increasingly important for life sciences companies, placing greater value on applications that provide strong offline capabilities, and are designed to be device-agnostic.”

A company can hope to build an improved collaborative environment for diverse end-users by leveraging the functions encompassed within Mobile Intelligence 9 as well as its ability to seamlessly integrate with Cegedim’s portfolio.

Further, Mobile Intelligence is a single CRM solution accessible via tablets, smartphones and PCs that provides online and offline access to maximize field productivity and maintain work life balance. It is a cross functional life sciences platform that is owned by Cegedim but driven by users’ priorities.

Laurent Labrune, CEO at Cegedim Relationship Management stated, “Mobile Intelligence 9 confirms our position as the only provider to merge CRM, CLM and customer data onto one centralized platform designed for the Life Sciences. As industry challenges propel our customers to do more with less, our CRM offerings will continue to expand in order to provide everything needed to achieve optimal commercial performance in the Life Sciences industry.”
