Windows 8 Tech Support Now Available to iRepair Customers

While the SMB segment is recovering from a half-decade long financial crisis around the globe, new floating cash is making it possible to purchase new computers that feature the latest Windows 8 operating system. To ensure users are efficient and always working, computer support services including support for Windows 8 is necessary.

iRepair.net, a company which has provides online computer support services, has announced it completed integrating Windows 8 support with the rest of their tech support stack, which also includes support for other Windows versions.

Siddhartha Kapoor, chief technical officer at iRepair.net expressed satisfaction about the speed at which the company could complete this integration. “We have proved once more that at iRepair.net, we implement what we commit to, and we implement fast,” said Kapoor in a statement.

Windows 8 is the new OS delivered by Microsoft (News - Alert) which completely connects people and applications. This OS delivers a secure-system and the reliability of Windows 7, while improving the user interface to be more colorful and friendly for users.

With this integration, the company’s customers will now have an option to integrate Windows 8 support within the same support umbrella for a small additional fee. This, according to the company will offer significant cross-sell opportunities across the two packages that had been isolated from each other so far within iRepair’s product sales and marketing division lifecycle management process.

 “We shall now cautiously watch how the market, and especially our client-base, reacts to this integration. If we see a substantially high number of positive responses, then we shall consider launching a semi-integrated or a fully integrated version of our online virus removal toolkit also within the same services portfolio umbrella,” said a company spokesperson.

iRepair.net recently also announced its instant online computer support services where a user can expect an immediate resolution of all computer related problems, whether it's about virus removal, installation or upgrading an operating system.
