Villanova University Offers Guidelines on Lowering Risks in IT Project Management

A new article recently published in the new spring catalogue from Villanova University offers insight into the risks associated with IT projects and provides mangers with guidelines on how these risks can be lowered by faster identification and prioritization. The article titled "Managing IT Project Risk" deals with three specific issues namely – importance of identifying and prioritizing risks; common risks associated with IT projects; and guidelines on identifying project risks.
