Carousel Industries to Showcase Unified Communications Solutions at Enterprise Connect 2013

Carousel Industries, a provider of solutions that solve numerous business problems, stated at the Enterprise Connect (News - Alert) 2013, to be held March 18-21 at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, FL, that it will be showcasing how its virtualization, video and cloud technologies can be deployed to enhance unified communications.

The company asserted that its presentations will include a range of issues related to unified communications, including virtualization, video and cloud access and managed services.

Carousel reportedly integrated Microsoft Lync with Polycom (News - Alert) HDX and RMX; built multi-vendor video calling solutions that integrate Polycom RealPresence, Scopia Mobile/Desktop, Flare Experience and Radvision VMR; is capable of running Avaya VDJ Communicator in VMware View; and runs Avaya Flare on both the Apple (News - Alert) iPad and in Windows.

One of the demonstration stations the company has erected at Enterprise Connect will reveal these attainments. The objective is to let visitors know how it has worked with its partners to build solutions that fit enterprises’ requirements.

Carousel is a Platinum Level Polycom Choice Partner, and another station demonstration will include Polycom’s Cloud Access – along with the means for businesses to leverage cloud via existing technologies itself.

Carousel’s SmartPoint is a rich suite of managed service offerings which aims to help customers gain the operational advantages that only a proactive managed services solution can provide. Apart from acting as a powerful intelligent platform, it also enables businesses to access industry technical experts and services for intelligent IT planning and operational support, so that work is carried over seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrations will show how customers must focus on their core competencies while relying on tried-and-true technology solutions to build a competitive advantage.

In another station, Carousel and Extreme Networks (News - Alert) will showcase ExtremeOS Network Virtualization (XNV), a vendor-agnostic virtualized environment. The objective of this demo is to show how virtualization has added more complexity to network environments, and at the same time how it has solved IT problems.
