Nuvo Apps Introduces Charts to Go for the Creation and Sharing of Presentation-Ready Excel Tables and Charts

How many times you have been infuriated by not being able to go through Excel reports on your iPad? Well, tables/ reports/ charts won’t give you trouble anymore as you dash for a quick glimpse over them on the go. With Nuvo Apps introducing Charts To Go mobile app, mobile executives can now create any number of tables and charts for viewing on the iPad and share them with on-the-fly colleagues. Recipients can start reading them as they are, without having to reformat them.

Nuvo explained that the free Charts To Go Excel template allows users to automatically format financial, sales and other Excel reports for Apple’s (News - Alert) iPad and directly push them into the device. Alternatively, the app also allows users to share their report in PDF format.

Given that iPads are increasingly being adopted by executives globally for information sharing/decision making, the new app makes the process even more effective. It provides spreadsheet authors with valuable tools.

The app comes with an array of ground breaking features, including:

  • On-the-fly presentation builder feature allows the users to send any number of presentation-ready tables and charts to the iPad. All they need to do is: access the app on their PC and create and share the reports almost instantly. The app automatically makes your reports fit for viewing on iPad.
  • By automatically making the charts scrollable, Charts To Go app makes the tables fit to the standard presentation software such as PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • The presenters can simply connect the iPad to a projector using a widely available adapter and have an instant presentation. Equipped with an easy text editor, the app also allows the presenters to add slides in seconds.

“We created a custom mobile app for a global enterprise with the need for consistency in how reports are presented on iPads and shared among frequently travelling executives worldwide. The success of that project led us to create a version of the app for all to use. Until now, methods for sharing sophisticated reports via iPads have not kept up with adoption,” founder and president of Nuvo Apps Leo Medina explained in a statement.
