Informative Graphics Unveils Brava! Desktop for HP Autonomy WorkSite

Informative Graphics Corporation (IGC) recently unveiled a desktop called Brava! for HP Autonomy (News - Alert) WorkSite that allows customers to view, collaborate on and redact documents directly from the DeskSite or FileSite interface. The desktop, which is compatible with any file format, ranging from Microsoft (News - Alert) Office documents to images and PDFs, facilitates customers to completely remove sensitive content, add stamps or a watermark and publish a PDF for distribution. In addition, the new product allows streamlining, collaboration and reviewing workflows by allowing multiple parties to view documents, mark them up as needed and add or reply to comments.

Gary Heath, CEO and President, IGC, said in a statement, “Brava is well-suited to HP Autonomy WorkSite customers, offering the secure collaboration and redaction tools that law offices and legal practices need on a daily basis. We're thrilled to be able to extend our technology to the platform.”

Law offices and legal practices can streamline their review and collaboration workflows with the universal viewing, versatile markup, threaded discussions and robust redaction tools that Brava adds to the DeskSite and FileSite clients. Secure documents with sensitive data redacted can be published in PDF renditions to share with clients and third parties—the original source documents remain unchanged.

Features of Brava! include seamless integration into HP Autonomy WorkSite, universal support for any file format, easy-to-use and intuitive interface, markup and collaboration tools and redaction tools to remove sensitive content.

Recently, IGC was in news for introducing Blazon Enterprise for Microsoft SharePoint. The product, which automates document transformation and publishing, automatically converts documents to PDF, TIFF or CSF for archiving or sharing read-only versions. It can publish selected pages of a document, merge documents, or add banners and a watermark to documents for tracking or legal purposes.

Heath added, “IGC continues its strategic alignment with Microsoft SharePoint by integrating Blazon's powerful and versatile document transformation services. SharePoint's continued growth shows the strength of the product, and we are excited to be able to extend our technology to the platform.”
