Entegraty Picks Netplan's VMware vCloud Platform

Netplan has announced that Entegraty selected its VMware vCloud platform for its expertise in cloud storage for a range of intercorporate operations.

Entegraty is a provider of IT managed services and supplier of CRM solutions. Recently, the company experienced a surge in demand from small to medium-sized businesses (SMB) and midmarket customers.

Company officials sought a cloud service provider to host the Sage CRM offering.

Entegraty chose to partner with Netplan for the Entegraty CRM Cloud offering because of the knowledge and experience the Netplan team offered with the vCloud platform, said Nick Rainbird, head of CRM at Entegraty.

Leveraging this expertise, according to Rainbird, the company expects to provide an easy-to-deploy, fully customizable, secure and competitively-priced Sage CRM solution in the cloud.

Sage CRM is a Web-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution – a full-suite CRM service comprising sales, marketing and customer service automation.

When smaller businesses plan to move their operations to the cloud, they find that the full customization features of cloud-based CRMs are “cost-prohibitive” or “unavailable.”

Entegraty claims that its CRM Cloud offers the ability to customize the CRM as per the need of the customer, as well as smaller businesses that find the pricing affordable.

With the help of Netplan, the company intends to offer services to meet their customer's needs as Netplan’s VMware vCloud platform offers a virtual data center to host solutions, total control of all aspects of the virtual infrastructure, and easy management with VMware’s suite of vCloud tools.

In addition, it offers architecture with no single point of failure and proactive monitoring with 100 percent uptime SLA, company officials said.

“At Netplan, we strive to provide the best capabilities on the most robust infrastructure combined with excellent customer service,” said Taylor Deakyne, sales and marketing manager at Netplan, adding that the company uses its staff's expert knowledge to help partners maximize their offerings and bottom lines.

Last October, Carat Computer Systems joined Netplan Internet Solutions' partner program for IT value-added resellers (VAR), as it found that Netplan's partner program provided the resources and features it needed to improve and expand its business.
