In an effort to increase market reach in the U.S. and cater to bigger interest in the cloud-based services for mid-market clients, Fulton Communications – a distributor of enterprise communication and security technology – has partnered with Unified Cloud IT Service solutions provider, PanTerra (News - Alert) Networks, for WorldSmart cloud base services.
Under the terms of this partnership, Fulton Communications will be able to offer WorldSmart cloud base services to its national customer base.
As a premier service provider of unified cloud IT services, PanTerra Networks has been offering WorldSmart unified cloud IT solutions to mid-market enterprises.
The WorldSmart unified cloud IT solutions include unified communications, storage and mobility services delivered as a fully managed solution under the brand SentraCloud.
The solution is also available as a self-managed version that can be administered by the customer, third-party partner or both.
Precisely, WorldSmart is a unified communications service that integrates voice, collaboration, messaging and call center services into a single, easy-to-use application delivered from the cloud over standard broadband and company data networks.
Fulton Communications is a source of advanced VOIP applications, including unified communications, collaboration, mobility, and other advanced telephony software applications.
Fulton Communications reportedly has the largest Mitel (News - Alert) installed customer base in the U.S., with offices in Atlanta, Phoenix, Tucson, Orlando, Tampa, St. Louis, Springfield, Houston, Dallas, Memphis, Nashville, Washington, Denver, Cincinnati and Columbus.
With the completion of this collaboration deal, PanTerra became Fulton Communications’ additional preferred unified cloud IT service provider, enabling Fulton to offer communication services to more than 95 percent of the country.
