desktopsites Signs Distribution Agreement with D&H Distributing

desktopsites Inc., a developer of cost-effective desktop virtualization solutions for small and mid-size businesses, has signed a distribution agreement with D&H Distributing, a North American technology distributor, to expand the company’s reach in the small and midsize business (SMB) market.

This partnership allows D&H to distribute desktopsites’ desktop virtualization solutions throughout North America.

Thanks to this pact, desktopsites gains access to D&H’s extensive channels and impressive partner network, which includes over 25,000 resellers who service the SMB market. In turn, D&H channel partners can now have access to desktopsites’ virtualization solutions, which will take their users from proof of concept to production quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.

Desktop virtualization is an exciting new way to connect users to their applications and data beyond the PC. Instead of maintaining individual desktops and core applications on PCs, IT can now deliver these desktops and applications to these users more efficiently and securely from a centrally stored location, on-site or off-site.

Officials with desktopsites said the company’s virtualization solution, Konect Elite, has been specifically designed for SMBs, supporting mixed servers, client desktops and mobile devices.

Company officials said that with Konect Elite, users have access to the information they need, when they need it, regardless of what device or client version they’re running.

Konect Elite provides users with the seamless experience they need as they roam between their devices, all at an affordable price. It just makes sense for SMBs.

“As our momentum in the SMB market continues to grow, D&H will allow us to gain access to a broader network of resellers in North America,” Alex Bethlehem, president at desktopsites, said in a statement.

D&H are experts in the SMB market, and their experience and knowledge selling IT solutions and supporting resellers make it a perfect fit for desktopsites.

“This partnership opens up many new opportunities for both desktopsites and D&H, and we look forward to working together to meet the growing demand for virtualization delivery solutions,” he said.

“The ability for SMB end-users to access their applications and desktops anywhere, anytime, on any device is in great demand due to the efficiencies and the redundancy that is built into this paradigm,” said Rob Eby, VP of purchasing, D&H Distributing. “We’re therefore very happy to join forces with desktopsites, in order to help our resellers address this productivity trend with a quality technology.”
