Imhoff Technologies Now Platinum Dealer of Bell and Howell's Postal Software

Bell and Howell, a provider of solutions and services for paper-based and digital messaging, has announced a new distributorship deal with the software application solution provider Imhoff Technologies for its BCC (News - Alert) Mail Manager software.

BCC Mail Manager is a complete postal software solution including CASS-certified address quality; merge/purge functionality; presort support for an impressive number of sortation categories; Intelligent Mail barcode piece and container generation; and a Mail.dat update tool for connectivity to the USPS (News - Alert) PostalOne! system.

BCC Mail Manager has passed the USPS Test Environment for Mailers (TEM) requirement. According to its maker, with an intuitive interface and real-time access to one of the broadest move-update and walk-sequencing services, the solution makes Full Service IMb simply a click away.

Under the partnership, Imhoff will be offering the BCC Mail Manager solution to its customers.

This latest move is also beneficial for Bell and Howell as the partnership will help extend its reach in local markets.

“Imhoff Technologies has deep knowledge of the local market, coupled with decades of postal experience. They will help us reach an important market that has been rocked by SAP's (News - Alert) decision to discontinue production and support of its Postalsoft solution. We are confident that Imhoff Technologies can help former Postalsoft customers easily transition to solutions like our BCC Mail Manager, which supports Full Service Intelligent Mail barcode today, and also supports the broadest range of USPS sortation categories,” Bell and Howell's Vice President of Postal Software Chris Lien, said.
