Backupify Hits One Million Accounts and Still Rearing to Go

With so much of our data being digitalized and moved into the cloud, it’s very important that we get a trusted backup and recovery plan. Different organizations offering such services exist by coupling up as all-under-one-roof archiving, search and restore solutions, for a good number of the very popular online services like Google Apps, Salesforce, Twitter (News - Alert) and many more.

Since choosing to trust a backup provider comes with a hoard of trust issues, it would be wise to settle for a company that has a good reputation and has a good number of customers behind its name.

Backupify is one such company, having added its one-millionth account recently – something that greatly solidifies its position in the field.

For over two and half years now, the company has been focusing on growing its SMB and Enterprise offerings and knowing when to let go of certain customer business. Though this has led to account growth stagnation since businesses add an account per user, unlike consumers who can open up multiple accounts, they are heavy-duty users, hence generating more business for the company.

With emphasis on enterprise customers taking precedence over individuals, reaching the one million-account mark is something to hold in high esteem. The digits sum up from over 5,700 Google (News - Alert) Apps backup customers, several Salesforce customers and more than 200,000 individual customer backups.

Backupify attributes its success to the support from innovative designers, investment partners and to cause patient and open-minded customers. The fact is that putting up a scalable cloud-based backup system requires a lot of cash, creativity and trials. Not all these could be in any way achieved without seamless corporation of investment partners, designers and the firm’s esteemed customers.

With different grizzly stories giving many cloud users  a reality check about the new threat of data loss, to deletion mistakes rather than cybercriminals, many more are going to steer toward backup service providers like Backupify.

One benefit Backupify (News - Alert) will have over her competitors is the established portfolio and the fact that the company offers more than mere backup services.
