This new partnership will allow *astTECS to offer its complete product line and a comprehensive training program on Asterisk (News - Alert) solutions to Asterisk users, customers and organizations in South Africa.
Speaking about the expansion, Levis Wilson, COO, *astTECS said that it is increasingly seeing a large demand for Asterisk-based open source telephony solution coming in from emerging markets like South Africa and Partnering with Allgent Communications is an important part of their strategy as they plan to serve their customers and partners throughout the South African region.
*astTECS’ currently serves both small and medium call center operations to enterprise wide applications and its IP-PBX (News - Alert) offers a wireless infrastructure with GSM integration capabilities to offer features like IVR, ACD, voice logger, multiparty conference, voicemail and built-in video conferencing system.
