Aternity (News - Alert), Inc. has announced that the company will now support VMware Branch Office Desktop with its Frontline Performance Intelligence (FPI) Platform. This support allows users to see how well virtual desktop and remote workers can apply its functions, the company stated.
By offering the industry’s first Frontline Performance Intelligence Platform, Aternity improves real end-user experience management. The Aternity FPI Platform considerably decreases business disruption and increases user productivity by equipping companies with user-centric, proactive IT management features.
There are about 11 million branch offices all over the world, and about 80 percent of all employees work outside of their company’s primary headquarters or main business officers.
This support from Aternity offers the real-time analytics to reduce the IT and Help Desk resources needed to support each remote office.
To cater to the various needs within the branch office, the VMware Branch Office Desktop offers a comprehensive approach. IT companies can centrally manage OS images for both their physical end points with the help of this solution.
