Foxit Debuts Advanced PDF Editor 3.0

Recently, Foxit unveiled Foxit Advanced PDF Editor 3.0. The updated version offers a completely redesigned, advanced PDF editing environment which allows users to do so much more with their PDF documents.

Document authors often face the need to do extensive editing directly to a PDF file. Foxit is a company that offers advanced PDF Editor with a word processor to edit PDF documents.

Allowing users to create professional-looking PDF documents, advanced PDF Editor reformats the text when users need to change a single word, a paragraph or even an entire page.

The built-in spell checking feature in the advanced version allows authors to make large content changes to PDF documents. They do not have to leave the application to do this.

When users do not have the original source file or simply don’t want to convert documents to different file formats, this is the perfect application for PDF documents.

The product also provided other benefits such as built-in spell checker, the ability to re-number pages automatically, and an industry-standard CMYK color picker.

“For users looking to make content modifications to PDF documents, this is a great product for you," said Frank Kettenstock, VP of marketing for Foxit Corporation. "The reformat and reflow capabilities, plus spell checking, enable authors to make changes without having to convert the PDF to another file format, edit in a word processor, and then convert back to PDF.”

In September this year, the company introduced Foxit Mobile PDF for iOS, Apple's mobile platform, which provided support for both the Apple iPhone (News - Alert) and iPad mobile devices. It allowed users to read PDF documents, highlight text, add notes and make use of the pencil tool to add signatures or notes to PDF documents with their fingertips.
