DocuSign Unveils a New Version of DocuSign Ink Service

Recently, DocuSign unveiled a new version of its free DocuSign Ink service, the world’s first personal electronic signature.

DocuSign makes it easy and quick to get electronics documents signed. DocuSign is touted as the easiest, fastest, most secure way to get a signature – anytime, anywhere and on any device – whether the user needs to close a big sales contract, keep his/her company trade secrets secure with an NDA, or purchase a home.

Busy customers on the go can’t take full advantage of DocuSign features while away from a computer. DocuSign helps such people with the new release of the DocuSign Ink mobile app.

The intuitive user interface of this new version now makes it ever simpler to sign and return documents. Storing these documents is also easier than before.

“The new DocuSign Ink puts an even more powerful personal electronic signature in the hands of everyone,” said Keith Krach, chairman and CEO at DocuSign. “We built DocuSign Ink to help busy families, entrepreneurs and small businesses be even more productive by leveraging the easiest, fastest, most secure platform to sign documents and get signatures.”

The company recently partnered with CUNA Mutual Group, a provider of financial services to credit unions, to offer credit unions with fast and safe electronic signature solutions. According to the company, this will improve the lending process and offer choices to comply with recent regulations on Multi-Featured Open-End Lending.

The agreement between CUNA Mutual and DocuSign comes right after the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) provided its guidance letters on Multi-Featured Open-End Lending (MFOEL) and Multi-Featured Lending.
