ActiveVOS from Active Endpoints is a service oriented process automation platform specially created to cater to the needs of the members of IT project teams – architects, developers and project managers. In ActiveVOS, the customer can rapidly create BPMN2.0 compliant process models that seamlessly combine people, processes and systems, enhancing the efficiency and visibility of your business.
Recently, the company announced that GO, a telecommunications operator in Malta, Europe, has selected ActiveVOS process application that combines its legacy systems, and modernizes it for flexibility and growth, in a short amount of time and within a reasonable cost.
Looking to consolidate fixed and mobile number portability into one system and decrease operational overhead, GO selected ActiveVOS business process management system (BPMS).
Also, for the platform to be aligned with the company’s long-term IT strategy, which focuses on service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles, a standards-based approach was preferred.
With the help of ActiveVOS, GO automated business processes to the extent where only those tasks which depend on human decisions need manual intervention. GO needed a system that could support rapid changes in business processes without a very long turnaround time.
“The market is demanding cost effective process automation systems that can be created and implemented easily,” said John Cingari, chief marketing officer, Active Endpoints in a company statement.
Adding, “GO is an excellent example of how a company can dramatically improve programmer productivity, improve their flexibility to changing business conditions, and reduce costs all at the same time.”
Recently, the company unveiled Cloud Extend Mobile, an enterprise app that lets voice-to-text and touchscreen input with end-user customization.
