WHIPTAIL, a provider of 100 percent silicon storage arrays, has announced the addition of Global Customer Support (GCS (News - Alert)). Available in 75 countries, WHIPTAIL is looking to cater to the requirements of its broad and increasing customer base all over the world, the company stated.

With four-hour onsite response time and guaranteed replacement parts, WHIPTAIL is the only flash storage vendor to provide full global support. The company wants its customers to feel as confident as they do about its products and services.

Global Customer Support management has in excess of 25 years of experience building and supporting complex storage environments. Providing unlimited software releases and proactive controls, 24/7 system health monitoring, systematic processing, documentation procedure and root cause analysis of all incidents, WHIPTAIL has created a customer-focused program.

WHIPTAIL’s support desk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With four-hour onsite response time to most locations and next-business-day response time to all others, support is offered to more than 75 countries.

Parts are available onsite to guarantee prompt resolution of any issues.

“At WHIPTAIL we are committed to our customers and we see that in the number of repeat customers we have,” said Cutuli. “We’re launching our GCS with capability in 75 countries, with four hour on-site support in major cities. None of our competitors are offering this level of support, expertise and experience. In this industry, it’s inevitable that problems will crop up. GCS is what separates us from the competition when something goes wrong.”

Recently, the global law firm SNR Denton (News - Alert), selected energy-efficient WHIPTAIL INVICTA arrays as part of its document management deployment. SNR Denton’s document management deployment consisted of the up gradation of the company’s XenApp environment to Windows 7 on XenDesktop.

The company selected Citrix for consultation on the most ideal infrastructure solutions that would let the company meet its worldwide requirements at an affordable price.
