TELUS Improves Subscriber Experience with Openet Policy Manager

TELUS (News - Alert) has chosen Openet Policy Manager for providing an improved experience to its subscribers. The flexible Openet Policy Manager will also help TELUS achieve a competitive lead in the Canadian wireless market.

TELUS will benefit from improved revenue with Openet Policy Manager, which will enhance the subscriber experience by concentrating completely on the customers. The TELUS mobile networks will also include supplementary intelligence through the Openet PCRF. TELUS will be able to augment its identity-oriented services with this offering, which provides a base to enhance subscriber roaming experiences through instantaneous changes.

High performance transaction management software is provided by Openet to network operators.
