XLScheduler Selects MicroAutomation as Strategic Partner Within U.S. Market

XLScheduler recently announced that it has selected MicroAutomation (News - Alert) as its strategic partner within the U.S. market. Under the terms of the contract, MicroAutomation, a provider of contact center solutions, will represent XLScheduler in sales and provide it with necessary implementation and training support on a continual basis.

XLScheduler is expecting to leverage the expertise of MicroAutomation in developing and supporting advanced contact center solutions to increase visibility for its product within the North American Markets.  

In a release, Scott Fischer, MicroAutomation’s COO, said, “We are excited to be able to bring such a robust WFM application to our customers at such an attractive price point. This will allow our customers to realize significant savings in agent costs through a more analytical approach to staffing and agent performance management.”

The XLScheduler motto of “Workforce Management Made Affordable” has been the driving force behind the development of a WFM solution, which is cost-effective and still offers users extensive functionality and quality. The product is in particularly ideal for use by small and medium-sized call centers.

Emma Skygebjerg, CEO of XLScheduler, said, “Working with MicroAutomation allows us to combine their 20 years of contact center automation and support experience with our flexible and responsive product to our North American customers. Our customers will benefit from both their implementation assistance, and the highest level of ongoing support.”

The WFM system has been designed to optimize process routines to automatically provide the most ideal schedule taking into account factors such as agent skills, availability and shift as well as breaks. The system can calculate the hours, and identify optimized shifts and can provide users with critical workforce requirements based on forecasted activity. The XLScheduler product has been designed with an extensive reporting package which features call traffic and cost management reports, in addition to agent performance reports.
